How many Fading Candle you need
Talent levels 7 and 8 take 1 each and levels 9 and 10 take 2 each: 6 per talent, 12 for Skill and Burst, 18 for all three. Taking every character above to 10/10/10 would take 54, roughly 20 clears of The Knave at 2.7 materials a clear, counting the Denial and Judgment and Silken Feather it also drops as converted with Dream Solvent (the same assumption the calculator makes).

Where to farm Fading Candle
The Knave, in Fontaine, drops Fading Candle, Denial and Judgment and Silken Feather. Your first three weekly boss rewards each week cost 30 Original Resin and later ones 60.
