How it works
What are Mindscapes and W-Engine levels in Zenless Zone Zero?
Mindscape Cinema (M0–M6) is ZZZ's duplicate system: each extra copy of an agent unlocks the next Mindscape. W0–W5 tracks the agent's signature W-Engine: W0 means you don't own it, W1 is one copy, and W2–W5 are the additional copies that raise its phase. Click an agent to mark it owned at M0/W0, then click the stars to set each value.
Where is my roster saved?
In your browser's localStorage, under the key zzzRoster. Nothing is uploaded and there is no account. Use Copy roster as JSON to back it up or move it to another device; Clear all wipes it.
Is this a ZZZ Mindscape tracker as well?
Yes. Each owned agent shows six Mindscape stars and five W-Engine stars, so the grid doubles as a Mindscape tracker for your account. The roster is sorted S-rank limited, S-rank standard, then A-rank, and the count in the status line tells you how many of the game's agents you have collected. There is no login and nothing to sync: the tracker is a page you can open on any device and paste your exported JSON into.
Can I export or move my roster to another device?
Copy roster as JSON copies a plain list of agent ids with their Mindscape and W-Engine values to the clipboard. Paste it into a note or message, then on the other device rebuild the roster in a few clicks. Clear all wipes the saved roster from this browser.
Can I import my ZZZ account instead of clicking every agent?
Yes. Hollow Archive is a small open-source Windows exporter that reads your account out of the game's own network traffic and saves it as a ZOD JSON file (agents, Mindscapes, W-Engines and every Drive Disc you own). Choose Import an export above, paste the file or load it from disk, and your roster fills in one click. The file is parsed by JavaScript in your browser and never leaves your device. You can still click agents by hand afterwards; importing only adds, it never clears agents you already marked.
What is the roster used for?
The Area Patrol Recommender reads the same roster to decide which Drive Disc sets your team wants, so marking ownership here changes which stages it recommends. Agents are grouped as S-rank limited, S-rank standard, then A-rank, with a search box for larger rosters.

How it works
Which weekly boss should I farm in Genshin Impact?
The one whose talent materials you are short on for the characters you are actually building. Every weekly boss (Trounce Domain) drops three talent-level-up materials, and each character needs exactly one of them to raise a talent past level 6. The recommender adds up what your selected characters still need, subtracts what is already in your inventory, and ranks the bosses by the size of that deficit. A boss you have a surplus for is listed as satisfied at the bottom.
How many weekly boss materials does a character need?
Per talent: 1 at level 7, 1 at level 8, 2 at level 9 and 2 at level 10. That is 6 to take one talent from 6 to 10, 12 for Skill and Burst, and 18 for all three. Levels 1–6 use no boss materials at all. The tool lets you set a target per talent, so a character you only take to 8/8/8 is counted as 4 materials, not 18.
How many runs does the estimate assume?
A weekly boss drops 2–3 of its talent materials per clear; the planner uses an average of 2.7 and rounds up, so a deficit of 6 shows as 3 runs. Your first three Trounce Domain rewards each week cost 30 Original Resin; after that they cost 60. Surplus materials from the same boss can be converted 1:1 with Dream Solvent, which the results mark as convertible.
Where do I get a GOOD export?
GOOD (Genshin Open Object Description) is the JSON format used by Genshin Optimizer. Scanners such as Irminsul and Inventory Kamera read your characters, talents and inventory from the game client and produce one; Genshin Optimizer can also export its database in this format. Paste the JSON into Step 1.
Is this a trounce domain calculator or a weekly boss material calculator?
Both. Trounce Domains are the weekly boss fights (Stormterror, Wolf of the North, Childe, Azhdaha, La Signora, Raiden Shogun, Shouki no Kami, Guardian of Apep, the Narwhal, the Knave and the newer bosses), and their drops are the weekly boss talent materials. This weekly boss material calculator reads what you own straight from a GOOD export instead of asking you to count, so the answer to "which weekly boss should I farm" is specific to your account.
Does it cover every weekly boss?
Yes. All 14 Trounce Domains from Stormterror and the Wolf of the North through the Fontaine, Natlan and Nod-Krai bosses, with the game version each was added in. Bosses newer than the baked data are flagged as beta. Character-to-boss mappings come from the same data the game uses for talent costs, so a new character maps to the right boss as soon as the data is rebaked.

How it works
How many ascension gems does a character need to reach level 90?
A full 1→90 ascension costs 1 Sliver, 9 Fragments, 9 Chunks and 6 Gemstones of the character's element, the same for 4★ and 5★ characters. Measured in Slivers that is 1 + 27 + 81 + 162 = 271. The planner only counts the ascensions a character still owes, so someone already at ascension 4 needs just the last two phases.
Can I convert ascension gems in Genshin?
Two ways, and the difference is the whole point of this tool. At the crafting bench you can combine 3 gems into 1 of the next tier up (3 Slivers → 1 Fragment, 3 Fragments → 1 Chunk, 3 Chunks → 1 Gemstone) for free, but never the other way. You can also convert a gem of one element into the same tier of another element for 1 Dust of Azoth each. There is no way to turn a Gemstone back into Chunks.
Why does it say I'm short when I seem to have enough gems in total?
Because gems only craft upward. If you own 30 Chunks but only 2 Gemstones and a character needs 6 Gemstones, the 30 Chunks can be crafted into Gemstones. But 40 Gemstones and 0 Chunks would leave you short on Chunks with no fix. Naive "total gems" calculators assume a downgrade path that does not exist. The planner resolves need tier by tier from Gemstone down, spending each tier's own stock, then cross-element conversions, and only then crafting up from below.
Which elements are safe to convert away?
The planner runs twice: once on the characters you selected (can you reach 90?) and once with a reserve of extra full ascensions per element added on top. Whatever surplus survives the second pass is labelled safe to convert, so you can feed a new character of another element without silently starving a future one. Adjust the reserve to be more or less conservative.
How much Dust of Azoth does it cost to convert ascension gems?
One Dust of Azoth per gem, at any tier: converting a Gemstone costs the same 1 Dust as converting a Sliver, which is why the planner converts at the highest tier it can and only breaks a need down to lower tiers when it must. Dust of Azoth comes from Paimon's Bargains and events. The conversion plan lists every conversion it needs and the total Dust, so it doubles as a Dust of Azoth calculator for your specific roster.
Which characters are selected by default?
Characters that still owe ascensions and rate S or higher on genshinRater's tier list. Planning gems for characters you will never build is noise, but you can widen the cutoff or tick anyone by hand. The Traveler is excluded: Brilliant Diamond sits outside the conversion economy and GOOD exports do not track it.

How it works
Which Area Patrol stage should I farm for Drive Discs?
The stage where both of its Drive Disc sets are ones your team wants. Area Patrol is the only targeted source of Drive Discs: each of the 15 stages drops exactly two sets, and a run costs 60 Battery Charge (2–3 S-rank and 5 A-rank discs at level 60). A stage where only one set is useful returns roughly half the value of a stage where both are. The planner scores every stage by usable discs per run and emits a farm order.
How does it know which sets my agents want?
From community build guides: each agent has a recommended 4-piece set and one or more 2-piece effects. The 2-piece part is matched by effect, not by set name. Freedom Blues, Chaos Jazz and Feathered Fate all give Anomaly Proficiency +30, so any of them satisfies that need. Pick specific agents to plan for a team, or use your whole owned roster.
Which Drive Disc should I farm in ZZZ?
Start with the 4-piece set of the agent you are building right now: a 4pc need is four specific discs and only one or two stages drop that set, so it is the scarce part of any build. 2-piece needs are flexible: they are an effect (Anomaly Proficiency, Ether DMG, ATK%…) that several sets provide, so they are usually covered by whatever else the stage drops. The planner encodes exactly that: a 4pc need is worth more than a 2pc need, an agent's only viable set outweighs one of four options, and a stage whose two sets both serve your team beats one where only one does.
How is the stage value calculated?
Every selected agent contributes the same total demand, split across their recommended 4-piece sets and 2-piece effect classes by rank (each lower-ranked option is worth 60% of the one above). A set's value is the 4pc demand for that exact set plus the 2pc demand for its effect class, with partial credit for near-equivalent classes. A stage's Value is the sum of its two sets' values, scaled so the best stage for your team reads 100; ties break on how many sets are wanted and how many agents are served. The farm order is greedy: once a run covers an effect, other sources of that effect stop counting, so the list tells you what to run next rather than listing the same need five times.
What about stages to avoid?
Stages where neither set is wanted by anyone you selected are listed separately so you don't spend Battery there. Ether Batteries (auto-combat, up to four queued) follow the same ranking; the plan is about where the Battery goes, not how you clear the stage.

How it works
Which Drive Disc main stats can roll in each slot in ZZZ?
Slots 1, 2 and 3 are fixed at flat HP, flat ATK and flat DEF, so they are never a keep-or-trash decision. Slot 4 rolls HP%, ATK%, DEF%, CRIT Rate, CRIT DMG or Anomaly Proficiency. Slot 5 rolls HP%, ATK%, DEF%, PEN Ratio or an elemental DMG bonus. Slot 6 rolls HP%, ATK%, DEF%, Anomaly Mastery, Impact or Energy Regen. This tool only ever shows you stats that can actually appear in the slot it lists them under.
Why does one slot list several main stats instead of one best answer?
Because a stage's two sets are usually wanted by more than one of your agents, and they rarely want the same thing. If Hugo wants CRIT DMG in slot 4 and a support on the same set wants Anomaly Proficiency, both are keeps; collapsing that to a single "best" stat would tell you to trash somebody's best-in-slot piece. Every main stat shows the portraits of the agents who want it, and stats marked best-in-slot are somebody's first choice rather than a fallback.
What substats should I look for on ZZZ Drive Discs?
It depends which agent the disc is for, which is why the substat line sits under each main stat rather than under the set. A slot 4 CRIT DMG piece and a slot 4 Anomaly Proficiency piece off the same set usually belong to different agents with different substat priorities, so each main stat shows the priority of only the agents who want that main stat, best first. Where a guide caps a stat — CRIT Rate until 100% in combat, ATK% until a certain ATK total — the stat is marked with an asterisk and the cap is spelled out underneath.
Who is the tool planning for?
The agents you selected in the Area Patrol Recommender, since that is the same question asked twice. If you have not selected a team there, it falls back to every agent in your roster so the page is never empty, and the status line says which of the two it used. An agent only appears for a stage if that stage drops a set they want.
Where do the stat targets come from?
They are vendored by hand from the community ZZZ Agent Build Guide sheet and zzz-build.com, covering all 60 agents for game version 3.2, and they ship with the page; nothing is fetched from a third party while you use it. Each agent's entry also records their best W-Engine and skill upgrade order, shown under Per-agent targets.
You have hundreds of Drive Discs and no way to ask the game which of them anyone can use. Import an export and this ZZZ Drive Disc triage tool checks every disc you own against what your agents actually want, then sorts them into two lists: the ones to lock, and the ones to discard.

2 Which Drive Discs to keep
One tab per action, and a disc only appears under an action it still needs: locking a keep or marking fodder in game takes it off the list at the next export. A disc is a keep if any agent you own wants its set, its main stat and enough of its substats, computed against your whole roster, never just a selected team, because discarding cannot be undone. Filter by set and slot to match what you can actually filter in game.

Which Drive Discs should I shred in ZZZ?
The ones no agent you own can use. This tool calls that pile discard, and it is everything left once the keeps are locked. Concretely, a disc is discardable when it is B or A rank, when no owned agent wants its set as a 4-piece or wants the 2-piece effect that set grants, when nobody who wants the set wants that main stat in that slot, or when too few of its substats appear on any of those agents' priority lists.
That last bar moves with the disc's level. A level-0 disc has only rolled its starting substats and has five upgrades still to come, so it is judged leniently. Once a disc has upgrades behind it, those upgrades are evidence: by +9 three of its five are spent, so if none of them landed on a stat its agent actually wants, the two still to come will not rescue it. At +12 or higher it has spent every roll it will ever get, the bar applies in full, and two dead substats are permanent — fodder no matter how good the set is.
Does discarding Drive Discs give disc XP?
Yes. Breaking a disc down returns Drive Disc XP you can pour into the pieces worth keeping. The order that matters is: lock the keeps first, then act on what is left, because locking is what protects a piece from a bulk action.
Both lists are grouped by set and then by disc slot for the same practical reason. The in-game inventory can filter by set, slot and rarity but not by anything computed here, so a set header plus a slot header is the click path: set those two filters in game, and act on the discs listed under them.
Do I need a packet capture to use this?
For this tool, yes. ZZZ has no export button and no public inventory API, so the only way to read your 500-odd Drive Discs is to capture them from the game's own network traffic. Hollow Archive does that: it is a small open-source Windows exporter written for these tools, and it writes the ZOD JSON file the import box above reads. Nothing is uploaded: the file is parsed in your browser and stored only in this browser's localStorage.

How much should I discard?
It depends on how deep your account is, which is why it is a slider rather than a fixed rule. Early on, discard less: you cannot re-farm a Drive Disc you have already broken down, your roster will grow into pieces that look useless today, and inventory space is far cheaper than a lost best-in-slot. Once you are farming Area Patrol daily with several agents built, discard more: you will out-farm anything the strict setting bins, and an inventory you can actually read is worth more than a pile of maybes.
The slider moves one thing only — the substat bar: how many of a disc's substats an agent has to want, how many of those have to be among that agent's top priorities, and, for a disc that has already been levelled, how much of that levelling has to have landed on one of them (half the bar from +6, three quarters from +9, all of it from +12). It never overrides the safety rules: discs you have equipped or locked in game are never proposed for the bin at any setting, anything using a set or stat this site does not recognise is kept, and a disc that rolled four substats with both CRIT Rate and CRIT DMG is always kept. The slider tells you how many of your loose discs it would discard at each setting, counted from your own inventory, so you can see the size of the decision before you make it — and nothing is ever discarded for you. Breaking a disc down is something you do in game, and it cannot be undone.
Why is a disc I do not care about in the keep list?
Because someone on your roster does. Verdicts are a union across every agent you own, not an opinion about your current team. If a slot-4 CRIT DMG piece is your benched Attack agent's best-in-slot, discarding it because they are not in your active team is a mistake you would only discover later. Selecting a team in the Area Patrol Recommender re-sorts the keep list so your team's pieces come first, but it never changes a verdict.
Discs you have equipped are always kept, whatever the maths says, as are discs you locked in game and anything using a set or a stat this build of the site does not recognise. Equipped and locked discs are counted and then left out of both lists, because there is nothing to do about them. The bias is deliberate: keeping a dud costs you inventory space, while discarding a keeper is unrecoverable and invisible.
Where do the stat targets come from?
The same hand-vendored per-agent build data the Drive Disc Stat Guide uses: slot 4/5/6 main stats in priority tiers, a ranked substat list, and the 4-piece sets and 2-piece effects each agent wants. Sources are credited in the footer, and every verdict here names the agent and the reason behind it, so you can disagree with it on a specific piece rather than having to trust the pile.

The short version
kayco.app is a static website with no database and no user accounts. Everything you paste or click is processed by JavaScript running in your own browser, and nothing you enter is ever transmitted to us. The one thing the site sends home is an anonymous count of which features get used (see below).
What the tools store, and where
To remember your inputs between visits, the tools save data in your browser's localStorage. It stays on your device, is only readable by this site, and is removed if you clear site data in your browser.

The Roster Builder's Clear all button removes the roster entry; clearing this site's data in your browser removes everything. Your GOOD export can contain your in-game UID; it is never uploaded.
Third parties
- Cloudflare hosts the site (Cloudflare Pages) and provides Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-first counter of page views and referrers. It does not use cookies or fingerprint visitors, and it does not see anything you type into the tools.
- Anonymous usage counts go to kayco.app itself (a small Cloudflare function, stored in Cloudflare Workers Analytics Engine): the name of an action such as "imported an export" or "opened Triage from a build page", the page it happened on, and at most the tool, tab or risk setting involved. No IP address, cookie, identifier or anything from your account or export is sent or stored.
- Google Fonts serves the heading typeface; your browser requests the font file from Google when the page loads, subject to Google's privacy policy.
- Ko-fi: the support button is a plain link to ko-fi.com. No Ko-fi script runs on this site; anything you do there is covered by Ko-fi's own policy.
