Best Drive Disc sets for Ben

Ben's best 4-piece set is Inferno Metal. Woodpecker Electro and Puffer Electro are the alternatives, in that order.

   Inferno Metal Best in slot

   4-piece: Upon hitting a Burning enemy, the equipper's CRIT Rate is increased by 28% for 8s

   2-piece: Fire DMG +10%. Drops from Madman and Follower.

2. 

   Woodpecker Electro

   4-piece: Landing a critical hit on an enemy with a Basic Attack, Dodge Counter, or EX Special Attack increases the equipper's ATK by 9% for 6s. The buff duration for different skills are calculated separately

   2-piece: CRIT Rate +8%. Drops from Tower and Cannon.

3. 

   Puffer Electro

   4-piece: Ultimate DMG increases by 20%. Launching an Ultimate increases the equipper's ATK by 15% for 12s

   2-piece: PEN Ratio +8%. Drops from Madman and Follower.

2-piece options

For the 2-piece slot the bonus matters, not the set's name. Several sets share the same 2-piece bonus, so Ben can take it from whichever one you have spare pieces of:

• CRIT Rate +8%: Woodpecker Electro
• CRIT DMG +16%: Branch & Blade Song
• ATK +10%: any of Hormone Punk or Astral Voice (they give the same bonus)
• PEN Ratio +8%: Puffer Electro

Ben main stats: Disk 4, 5 and 6

Disks 1 to 3 always roll HP, ATK and DEF as their main stat, so the choice is on 4, 5 and 6. A > means "better than"; = means the two are about as good.

Ben substat priority

Roll for CRIT Rate and CRIT DMG first. A disc showing neither of those is rarely worth levelling for Ben, whatever else it has.

Where to farm Ben's Drive Discs

Inferno Metal drops from the Madman and Follower Area Patrol stage. The other set it drops, Puffer Electro, is also in Ben's build (4-piece option 3), so every run there is useful.

Ben W-Engine and skill priority

Tremor Trigram Vessel A-rank, ATK sub-stat

Pan's Signature is arguably Ben's best option since so much of his damage comes from EX Specials and his Ultimate, making its DMG Bonus count. The energy gain only triggers on HP loss, so EX Special blocks (which shield him) will not proc it, and with no CRIT Rate the limited S-Rank stat sticks can pull ahead depending on substats. At P1 the stat gains shrink considerably, dropping it behind those S-Ranks.
