Best Drive Disc sets for Norma

Norma's 4-piece set is King of the Summit. No other 4-piece set is recommended, so there is no substitute worth farming.

4-piece: When the equipper is a Stun character and uses an EX Special Attack or Chain Attack, increases CRIT DMG of all squad members by 15%, and when the equipper's CRIT Rate is more than or equal to 50%, further increases CRIT DMG by 15%, lasting 15s. Repeated triggers reset the duration. Passive effects of the same name do not stack

2-piece: Increases Daze of attacks by 6%. Drops from Words and Weapons.

2-piece options

For the 2-piece slot the bonus matters, not the set's name. Several sets share the same 2-piece bonus, so Norma can take it from whichever one you have spare pieces of:

Energy Regen +20%: any of Swing Jazz or Moonlight Lullaby (they give the same bonus)
CRIT Rate +8%: Woodpecker Electro

Norma main stats: Disk 4, 5 and 6

Disks 1 to 3 always roll HP, ATK and DEF as their main stat, so the choice is on 4, 5 and 6. A > means "better than"; = means the two are about as good.

Chief Sidekick S-rank, CRIT Rate sub-stat

Norma's Signature is among the most valuable supportive engines. Its CRIT Rate feeds her Core Passive for both Daze and damage, but the real value is the Flat Impact (huge given her low base) and the damage it adds to both the team and her own strong personal output. R5 is a big jump since her Mindscapes beyond M2 are weak.
