Astra's Signature and one of her top choices. Generous ATK% helps cap her Core Passive buff, 5 Energy comes in every time a squadmate performs a Quick Assist, Chain Attack, Defensive Assist or Evasive Assist (near constant with her kit), and a team-wide DMG boost of up to 20% stays up indefinitely. Strong, but a luxury rather than a must: well-geared alternatives get close and sometimes out-buff it.
