Best Drive Disc sets for Cissia

Cissia's best 4-piece set is Astral Voice. Dawn's Bloom and Thunder Metal are the alternatives, in that order.

Astral Voice Best in slot

4-piece: Whenever any squad member enters the field using a Quick Assist, all squad members gain 1 stack of Astral, up to a maximum of 3 stacks, and lasting 15s. Repeated triggers reset the duration. Each stack of Astral increases the DMG dealt by the character entering the field using a Quick Assist by 8%. Passive effects of the same name do not stack

2-piece: ATK +10%. Drops from Monster Duet.
Dawn's Bloom

4-piece: Increases Basic Attack DMG by 20%. When equipped by an Attack character, using an EX Special Attack or Ultimate will further increase Basic Attack DMG by 20% for 25s. Repeated triggers reset the duration

2-piece: Increases Basic Attack DMG by 15%. Drops from Iron Law and Outlaws.
Thunder Metal

4-piece: As long as an enemy in combat is Shocked, the equipper's ATK is increased by 28%

2-piece: Electric DMG +10%. Drops from Hunter and Hound.

For the 2-piece slot the bonus matters, not the set's name. Several sets share the same 2-piece bonus, so Cissia can take it from whichever one you have spare pieces of:

Cissia's signature covers everything she wants: an Energy Regen main stat that feeds her Core Passive, one of the largest unconditional CRIT Rate bonuses available, and a big chunk of personal DEF Ignore. The 3-second buff ramps quickly and never decays while she is off-field, so upkeep only matters in on-field carry setups.
