Best Drive Disc sets for Billy

Billy's best 4-piece set is Woodpecker Electro. Shadow Harmony and Puffer Electro are the alternatives, in that order.

1. 

   Woodpecker Electro Best in slot

   4-piece: Landing a critical hit on an enemy with a Basic Attack, Dodge Counter, or EX Special Attack increases the equipper's ATK by 9% for 6s. The buff duration for different skills are calculated separately

   2-piece: CRIT Rate +8%. Drops from Tower and Cannon.

   Shadow Harmony

   4-piece: Upon hitting an enemy with an Aftershock or Dash Attack, if the DMG dealt aligns with the equipper's attribute, the equipper gains 1 stack of a buff effect, at most once per use of a skill. For each stack, the equipper's ATK increases by 4%, and CRIT Rate increases by 4%. The effect can stack up to 3 times and lasts for 15s. Repeated triggers reset the duration

   2-piece: The DMG of Aftershocks and Dash Attacks is increased by 15%. Drops from Gunslinger vs Guardian.

   Puffer Electro

   4-piece: Ultimate DMG increases by 20%. Launching an Ultimate increases the equipper's ATK by 15% for 12s

   2-piece: PEN Ratio +8%. Drops from Madman and Follower.

2-piece options

For the 2-piece slot the bonus matters, not the set's name. Several sets share the same 2-piece bonus, so Billy can take it from whichever one you have spare pieces of:

• CRIT DMG +16%: Branch & Blade Song
• ATK +10%: any of Hormone Punk or Astral Voice (they give the same bonus)
• PEN Ratio +8%: Puffer Electro
• CRIT Rate +8%: Woodpecker Electro

Billy main stats: Disk 4, 5 and 6

Disks 1 to 3 always roll HP, ATK and DEF as their main stat, so the choice is on 4, 5 and 6. A > means "better than"; = means the two are about as good.

Billy substat priority

Roll for CRIT Rate and CRIT DMG first. A disc showing neither of those is rarely worth levelling for Billy, whatever else it has.

Where to farm Billy's Drive Discs

Woodpecker Electro drops from the Tower and Cannon Area Patrol stage. The other set it drops, Soul Rock, is not part of Billy's build.

Billy W-Engine and skill priority

The Brimstone S-rank, ATK sub-stat

At R5 Brimstone is Billy's best engine: his loop of Basic Attacks, Dash Attacks and Dodge Counters keeps stacks high. At P1 it is still competitive, though the weaker effect loses some ground to other premium picks. Even without dupes it is the strongest standard banner option for him.
